Birth/Labor Doula Support

Service Description

As soon as labor starts, I am available to you and your partner via text, call, video call, or in-person throughout all the phases of labor. I am helping you and your partner cope through the various pains, sensations, and contractions/surges/waves; I will give you natural pain-relieving methods to use to ease the pain. Physically supporting you and your partner, using natural methods you chose prior to help you cope. I plan to offer you and your partner comfort and clarity of what's going on if any confusion or panic; if I don't know the answer, I will do my best to find the right advice and answers. I will relay messages from care providers if you're in sudden discomfort and can't retain information or questions at the moment. I want you and your family to feel supported and help keep you calm so you can ride out all the emotions and sensations. I am your birth advocate but you and your partner need to know what to say, so I will teach you prior to your labor. Virtual support focuses on teaching your partner(s) everything I have so they can be the most helpful for you.
