Prenatal Doula Support/Birth Prep

Service Description

For our prenatal visits, we will be getting to know each other on a personal level and I get to find out how you're feeling and what we can do to improve your mood and prepare you for labor. As your doula, I'd like to be informed of all doctor's visits and updates in late pregnancy. I will be educating you and your partner on what's to come, and you will help me help you by picking and choosing different methods to help you during your last weeks in pregnancy and finding comfort during all phases of labor/make a personalized birth plan. Will refer a prenatal chiropractor if the client wants the option. Having two prenatal appointments with me virtually or at your home, we will discuss your birth preferences in detail, including coping techniques, birthing positions, how your partner can help, cesarean, or VBAC options(Vaginal Delivery After Cesarean), and postpartum preparation. I will be on call for your birth beginning at 37-42 weeks in your pregnancy; I will consider myself on-call to you and your family and will be available to you at all times. That means I will be available 24/7 via text, phone, or email at the sign of labor starting. If you are wanting in-person birthing support; book for Birthing Support.
