A Happy Holidays from A Carried Bliss!

Updated: Jan 27, 2021

Happy holidays you guys!

I know the holidays have been tough for a lot of us, people are losing a lot of hope but there's a lot to look forward too... Many of us are either starting businesses, starting families, getting a new job opportunity, getting a new place..

Some have welcomed new bundles of joy this year(babies). What a blessing 🥺🥺 so happy for all the healthy parents and babies out there. Being a first-time parent during this time can be so scary and overwhelming. Be sure to always ask for help and know of your local resources to help you in any way they can.

YOU GOT THIS. A lot of you choose to do this by yourselves with just your partner, I love how intimate and private and sensual it can be🥰 oxytocin helps bring baby. Do all your research, ask all the questions you can beforehand, but don't scare yourself.

.

And enjoy the time alone with your partner or family/friends, nest in your home, do your dates/lunches/dinners at home.📺 Your partner can be overwhelmed and might not want to disclose with you how they are actually feeling, be sure to be patient and be vulnerable as well. Talking about all aspects of baby(s) might scare some; slow down and do something you haven't done in a while for old times sake. Remember that soon all things are going to change with a new little human to watch out for and raise as you please.

Make sure to feel confident during labor, you might be exhausted but it'll all be worth it n the end when you see your little one. Make sure you're staying at home in your early days postpartum keep you and your little one safe and keeping both your body's physically warm out there!

.

Everyone who isn't expecting hope you're enjoying life, keeping you and your loved ones close and safe 😘 wishing everyone happy holidays and hoping for a happy new year!
